A Tour To Kfar Reger And Ein Kaniya

Leaving the Nofey Gonen Holiday Village, head north to the village of Reger, which is located on the border between Lebanon and Israel. The magical and special village, which most of us did not get to know, is the only Alawite village in the territory of Israel, boasting well-kept streets, spectacular views, interesting history and fine food.
We will visit the Garden of Peace and observe the Wazani river, from the sources of Nahal Hatzbani.
After a walking tour of the village, we will continue east to Tel Dan, where we will see an ancient Canaanite gate considered to be the oldest of its kind in the world, "Abraham's Gate", located in the territory of the ancient city of Tel Dan.
We will end our tour in the Druze village of Ein Kaniya located on the slopes of Mount Hermon, east of Tel Dan.

A Tour To Ein Darbashieh And Ein Tina Springs

We will visit a new stream, which not many people know, part of the water sources in the "Land of Rivers". The stream was discovered by one of the senior guides in the north of the country, Amnon Levia, our home guide, accompanying the trip. We will experience an amazing jacuzzi, a lot of green in the eyes and large and small waterfalls, flowing and rushing that wet everywhere. We will wander among the roaring waterfalls in the place. An undoubtedly amazing, exquisite and powerful experience of the Galilean nature.

Through Blossom Streams And More
Departure at 10:30 from Kibbutz gate accompanied by Amnon Loya (050-7576827). Drive from Kibbutz Gonen to the west to Moshav Dishon. At some point, we'll stop the hiking and make a car ride.
We will start our journey by getting to know the late spring flower and enjoy a spectacular view of the magical Dishon River landscape. We'll go down to the water line and cross the shallow water, tell about the "opposite layers" and travel through the river crossing to the bridge and to the car park. Tuscany Of The Druze And Cherry Blossoms

A drive from the resort village of Nofey Gonen toward the Emir Junction (Wast) where we will stop for a visit to an interesting sculpture garden - Artworks by the Golan Heights artists as well as a fascinating visit to Emir Paour Palace. We'll tell you about a doctor from Damascus who brought flowers and fell in love with the Emir's sister, and what do you think happened to the lovers? The journey continues to the statue "Waiting for Ali", in which Nadia Cohen and the children appear, where an interesting view of the Syrian Volcanic Mountains line is made, while we tell you of Eli Cohen's work in this sector. We then continue on our journey through the Druze village of Bukta, to the top of beautiful Mount Kramim, from which we will make one of the most beautiful observations of the Golan Heights. We'll descend from the mountain and start the "Tuscany Druze" route between the apples and cherries currently in an amazing bloom, and enjoy a spectacular view of the Ram and the Hermon mountain across the street before going down to the Yaapuri market. The Jungles Of The Banias
Departure at 10:30 from the Kibbutz gate
A drive from the resort village of Nofey Gonen toward Kibbutz de Nachmiya, to the Eucalyptus parking lot where we park our car.
We'll start by walking along the stream, impressed by the flow of water, from the small waterfalls, and explain the unique flora and fauna along the route. We will go against the current of the cold water, and get to know the animals in the water, and the trees around it.
We will continue by walking north until we reach Tamar Beach where we will literally walk through the water in the jungle and the bushes.
We'll go Boddy-rafting with the kids and enjoy the beauty around.
By 13:00, we will start our journey back, reentering the walking part of the water, which is not deep, until the Lying Eucalyptus.

Three Streams In Three Steps
Traveling towards the "eucalyptus grove", which is close to the Hermon river known as the Banias river, one of the origin of the Jordan River.
The trail is an easy hiking trail, some of which is shaded along the stream.
During the walk you will get to know the plants and animals in the environment - water turtle and the river crab - paradise is here !
We continue to cross point with the two other origins of the Jordan River - the cool Snir and Hastbani springs, in the shade of the prairie trees - perfect pleasure in the
tranquility and the inviting water combined with stories about the Hermon landscape, the "land of the water" and its water regime.
We end the tour at the Gan Hatzafon parking, watching the strong flows of the Hastbani River and returning to Nofey Gonen Resort through the well-known oil route with the wonderful views of the Hula Valley.
Through Blossoming Flowers
Departure at 10:30 from the Kibbutz gate accompanied by Amnon Loya (050-7576827). We wiol start with a drive West from Kibbutz Gonen to Moshav Dishon, where we will enter the back gate and park the vehicles. We will walk through the beautiful spring blossoms, discover the fountain of the ancient Arab village of Disho, and get a spectacular view of the Dishon River. We'll go down a few hundred meters, on a hill mound, we'll see the Iris Bismarckiana in full bloom as well as mini orchids and more.
Return to the vehicles and then drive a short drive to the Sadeki Yiftah.
We'll follow the path of the crack with little iron ladders and a nice look of the roaches.
From there we'll continue on foot to the great and most beautiful reserve of the Iris Bismarckiana. The whole north of the country enjoys a spectacular view of hundreds of its flower.
Finally, we will meet the largest Pistacia atlantica in Israel and tell of her story.

Independence Day Tour

A drive from the resort of Gonen toward Tel Faher, where we stop for a visit to this battle site.
We will get to know the canals and bunkers of the Syrians, the monument to the fallen of the Golani Brigade, and tell the story of the battle that took place during the Six-Day War.
We'll get to know the area from above and go into the dim tunnels, of the Syrians. We'll light the way with the help of a flashlight.
We continue on our journey toward Kibbutz Shenir, where we park the vehicles and go down to the cool Hermon River (the banias), we will get to know the flipped Syrian tank that fell during the Six-Day War.
We'll head back to the parking cars and head back to the resort.

Waterfalls And Blossoming Flowers

A drive from the resort village of Nofey Gonen to the northwest, to the Metula Moshava.
We will take you down to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in the area - the Mill.
We will not forget to stop on the road near the border, in front of Lebanon, for a view of our neighbors from the north.
We will travel to the Northern Garden near the Kibbutz HaGoshrim, to view the Schenner Creek (Hutsbani) and the ancient flour mill.
We will end with a relaxing walk along the trail-Ami promenade, telling of the Jordan sources, the Jordan that was and the one that's regenerating, until we reach a fantastic local waterfall called the "Amir Waterfall". That's where our trip ends.

Hunin Fortress And The Naftali Mountains
We begin the route with a beautiful observation over Metula (the Northern cuty in Israel) abd its' Dado observation. From the site you can see the Lebanese Ayun Valley, the Hermon Mountains, Mount Har Dov and the spectacular Hula Valley.
We continue on to the Hunin Fortress, built on the Ramot Naftali mountain range near the Lebanese border and above the city of Kiryat Shmona. An underground reservoir of three circular halls connected to each other was excavated within the fortress centuries ago.
The arches have a plastered arched structure, which gives them a special appearance.
The trip is an amazing scenic drive through the Naftali Mountains with views of the Hula Valley, the Golan Mountains, exploring the blossoms of nature flowers – among them the the buttercup and the cyclamen flowers.
We end the tour in the Sadiqi Crater, situated near Kibbutz Yiftach, for 20 minutes of walking and watching an interesting and challenging geological phenomenon, and even a bath in Ein Tao, which is a cool natural spring.
Tour Of The Golan Heights Central Area
Beginning at the Shifon Mountain - a 971-meter-high volcano, known for a rare wild plant that grew in the area and is used for baking rye bread and overlooking the Golan volcanoes.
A visit at the Lebanese Cedar tree and Armor Memorial Monument, in memory of the IDF's 173rd Battalion who suffered a severe attack while parking for the night during the Six-Day War.
has stopped for the night east of the Hazka range, the cedar's existence, its green color and its impressive size in the face of the very exciting steel silence.
A short drive to the cool spring that forms the Syrian Officers' pool in Juchader (guest pool in Arabic) located in a shady corner of the eucalyptus trees.
We recommend stopping by, indulging in a cup of coffee and bathing in the cool water.
We end the tour at the famous Tel Saki, a military post and landmark from the Yom Kippur War, with the heroic stories of the post's soldiers, including entry into the fighter bunker.
