The Culinary World Of Chef Assaf Granit And The Machneyuda Group
Reservations for the restaurant are on a free basis and must be arranged in advance.
The first time we heard Lotte's brave story we were filled with awe.
The second time - we were already completely in love.
Lotte believed in herself, the Sea of Galilee, the hotel and its staff.
Therefore, for us, Lotte’s is a story of inspiration, determination and daring.
Exactly the values that characterize us, the Machneyuda Group.
So, we rolled up our sleeves, and went to work:
how could we capture and share Lotte’s spirit through our food?
Using food as our language, we created our own chapter to add to this story
that is much larger than ourselves.
We began with a lot of planning, and more importantly, with a lot of respect:
for Lotte, the Galilee, the streams, the lake, and local farmers, as well as the Tiberian community itself,
along with the food heritage of this county that is so special to us.
Cheers to the local growers
We are not the only ones who think that local food is the tastiest, healthiest, and highest quality.
Most importantly? - Using local products is just the right thing to do.
When we choose Galilean produce, whether from local dairies,
cattle and poultry farms, winemakers, Tiberian fishermen or local bakeries,
we choose to walk in this world together, with shared responsibility for our communities.
Armed with these values, excellent food, and our tribute to the past,
we feel that Lotte would be very happy to see what we’ve created today.
Lotte Restaurant
The culinary cornerstone of Galei Kinneret is an exciting tribute to the hotel's first lady.
On the one hand, we have preserved Lotte's European hospitality heritage, and on the other, our Jerusalemite traditions
. At the heart of this beauty lies our chefs, operating every morning at at 200 km/h:
In a given moment: stirring, laughing, rolling, shouting, rattling,
and serving a wonderfully passionate and organized chaos of flavors, aromas, and colors.
What awaits you here?
Breakfast is served in small, intriguing dishes, arriving one after the other:
Mediterranean appetizers, fresh salads, homemade sourdough breads, and Galilean pastries.
Nespresso coffee and sweet breakfast pastries will conclude your meal and signal that it's time to move on to the day’s next indulgence.
At noon, when the sun is shining, Lotte Restaurant is your perfect getaway from the heat.
Lotte will help you travel back in time to a distant and dreamy past,
full of local flavors wrapped in memories of Europe: a menu featuring local fish and meats,
grown between the Galilee hills and the Golan Heights,
fresh garden flavors, and a whole cacophony of steaming, cheerful doing.
In the evening, Lotte restaurant treasures a variety of rich, concentrated,
and precise dishes, which transcend themselves time and time again.
Throughout the day at the restaurant, you will encounter an orchestra of cocktails,
fine alcohols, local Galilee beers, and our house wine -
'Lotte', the product of an exciting collaboration with the award-winning Recanati Winery.
