Lotte restaurant

The Lotte Restaurant at Galei Kinneret Hotel is a touching tribute to the hotel's first lady, Lotte. Her story fills us with appreciation and love. Lotte's unwavering belief in herself, this land, and the goodness of the people inspires us all. Her values of determination, courage, and inspiration embody who we are.

Outer guests are welcome here. Please note that dining at the restaurant doesn't include access to other hotel facilities. Please reserve in advance. Please note that the hotel only accommodates children who are 16 years or older.

We are proud to introduce the Lotte restaurant, under the advice of Chef Assaf Granit, where we offer our unique take on local and cosmopolitan cuisine that we have honed over the years. Our dishes feature delicate and complex combinations of flavors, cultures, and worlds inspired by our search for ancient food traditions and top-notch raw materials. We blend Jerusalem and Tevereini cuisine to create a fusion that celebrates the culinary heritage and fertile lands of Galilee and the Sea of Galilee.

At Lotte, we are inspired by the area's local dairies, cattle and poultry breeders, winemakers, fishermen, taverns, and bakeries. We share responsibility with our growers and customers while building our food, wine, and mixology menus. Our vision
is a Jerusalem song of praise to the Sea of Galilee, and Galilean produce
.
